Das Konto und alle daran hängenden Daten sind damit sofort weg. Wir werden nicht gefragt und können es nicht rückgängig machen.
Ohne Konto: einzelne Daten löschen lassen
Du brauchst kein Konto, um löschen zu lassen. Schick uns die Geräte-Kennung – sie steht in der App unter Zahnrad → Einstellungen – an hello@playcaicai.com. Wir löschen dann alle Tipps, die unter dieser Kennung gespeichert sind. Antwort innerhalb von 30 Tagen, in der Regel deutlich schneller.
Was gelöscht wird
- Dein Konto und die hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse
- Alle abgegebenen Tipps zur Frage des Tages samt Datum
- Deine Serie und der Tagesfragen-Kalender
- Guthaben-Buchungen aus gekauften Fragen-Paketen
Was bleibt – und wie lange
- Mehrspieler-Runden: Spitzname, Interessen und Tipps einer Runde werden spätestens 24 Stunden nach dem Start automatisch gelöscht, unabhängig davon, ob du etwas beantragst.
- Gekaufte Freischaltungen: bleiben an deinem Google-Konto beziehungsweise deiner Apple-ID. Die verwaltet der jeweilige Store, nicht wir – du kannst sie jederzeit wiederherstellen. Wenn du dein Konto bei uns löschst, verlierst du den Kauf also nicht.
- Anonyme Tagessummen: Wir zählen pro Tag und Land, wie viele Tipps eingegangen sind – etwa „am 6. September aus Österreich: 23“. Diese Zahl steht für sich, an deinem Tipp ist kein Land gespeichert, und sie lässt sich niemandem zuordnen. Sie bleibt erhalten.
- Rechnungsunterlagen: Käufe wickeln Google und Apple ab. Wir bekommen keine Zahlungsdaten und bewahren deshalb auch keine auf.

Delete your account and data

- Open the app
- Tap the gear icon in the top right
- Choose Account
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom and confirm
Your account and everything attached to it is gone immediately. We are not asked and cannot undo it.
No account? Have individual data deleted
You do not need an account to request deletion. Send us your device ID – shown in the app under gear icon → Settings – to hello@playcaicai.com. We will delete every guess stored under that ID. We reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and the email address stored with it
- Every Question of the Day guess you submitted, including dates
- Your streak and the daily question calendar
- Credit entries from purchased question packs
What stays – and for how long
- Multiplayer rounds: nickname, interests and guesses are deleted automatically within 24 hours of the round starting, whether or not you request anything.
- Purchases: unlocks stay with your Google account or Apple ID. Those are managed by the store, not by us – you can restore them at any time. Deleting your account with us does not cost you the purchase.
- Anonymous daily totals: we count how many guesses came in per day and country – for example “6 September, from Austria: 23”. That number stands on its own, no country is stored with your guess, and it cannot be traced to anyone. It is kept.
- Billing records: purchases are handled by Google and Apple. We receive no payment data and therefore keep none.
